My age verification said it was Verified but I can't access mature or adult content

I've use two different forms of verification and it says my age is verified but i still cant access mature or adult content in SL any suggestions?

Do you have the appropriate maturity ranking set in your preferences?  Check the ones that apply: general, moderate, adult.

If you are stuck on General/PG setting, I assume you joined SL before you were 18.

If you are still under 18, you will not be able to change that until your 18th birthday.

If you have already turned 18, the system to recognise your new age is not yet in place, so you will need to contact support to get your maturity rating unstuck from General.
