Having trouble transfering lindens to another resident

I am having trouble transferring lindens to another rsident Also HOW DO YOU FIND LIVE CHAT? IT SEEMS TO HAVE DISAPPEARED. AND I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ACCESSABLE TO PREMIUM MEMBERS SO HARD TO FIND

At the top of this page click on "Help".  That will bring you to the main "help" page..........you may have to log in (if so, do it).  Over on the right side of the page near the middle you'll see a darker gray box titled "Premium Support".  You'll see a link named "Contact Support" at the bottom of that box.............click it.  You'll see "Live Chat" in the dialog that is displayed.  Click that to start a Live Chat session.

If the person is in your friends list, you should be able to right click their name and select 'Pay'.

If they are not on your frinds list, you should be able to call up their profile and select 'Pay' from the 'Action' menu/button.

Do none of these options work?
