Another LL glitch?

So I own a 16,592 m2 chunk of land, deeded to my group.

Deeded of course, to keep me with group bonuses, under 1/4 sim.

so were did this fancy almost 33km2 of land come from that I supposidly own,

and why did I login to find that my next tier payment is going to be $150

because aparently I own, or did own half a sim?

the math is weird and im not sure how it came up with that number.

so upon trying to figure out what is going on here, I checked the land ownership, and its set to ME and the servers are not letting me transfer it back to my group - (gives an error saying an authorization is already in progress)

What is the fix to this problem?

-update- I noticed an old "estate" land parcel I was renting from anshe chung was actually TAKING the alloted "tier" that I set to the group from this account, which caused the game to consider that estate land (which was paid for but I abandoned it because it was estate from someone, and i was switching to mainland) AS mainland, therefor adding it to "used tier" - so that would be where the glitch was. I have abandoned the estate land, but the game still just gives errors when trying to "set for sale" and "buy for group" to get my mainland back under a group.

-update- I was able to sell to an alt, and buy it for group, so all is fixed other than the "land use" and "charges" on my account.
