All makeup appliers do not work

I cannot get any makeup applier to work for eyelashes specifically MILA or Avenge or Razzanova. Well no appliers work at all for me.

My avi is catwa with catwa catya head and using avenge skin. 

Please help !

Are the sliders all the way to the right?  For each specific layer?  On each level?  Upper and lower?  Sometimes, sliding them back and forth can trigger them to work again.

No the sliders did nothing at all. I don't know where the problem is. No applier is working for eyelashes and eyelashes do not work on the catwa hud, all grayed out. I accidentally clicked the eyelash under diffuse on the catwa hud and it won't change back. Please help!

At this point, I'd get the head redelivered and start fresh.
