Didn't buy premium, want refund!!!!

Hi Georgina.

Were you premium before? I'm asking since you say you have not been in secondlife for months. If you were but didn't downgrade to basic - which you have to do yourself on your dashboard at http://secondlife.com/ - the premium membership will automatically be renewed.

You could try to contact Billing support to see if there is any chance of getting a refund. I think that is your only option.

Sounds like you had premium membership plan that came up for renewal ($72 +VAT).

If you didn`t downgrade your account before the renewal date, you will unfortunately be liable for that charge & the best you can do is remember to downgrade before the renewal date next year.

You will get back $62.40 over the year in Stipend payments (if yours is 300L) more if you have one of the older stipends that were higher amounts.
