I got prime sl [getting 300l a week] that kinda thing and I canceled it but it says I have to wait u til next month for it to work and sl keeps charging my card even though I already canceled it and if they do run my card when I canceled the prime sl version can I get a refund

No, you can't get a refund. Your premium membership is paid in advance. If you tell LL that you want to cancel, your account will be put into PENDING DOWNGRADE status but will not actually downgrade to Basic until the end of the period that you have already paid for.  Until then, you will continue to get your weekly L$300 stipend and you will have access to Premium sandboxes, Live Chat, and the other Premium features.  The only thing that you cannot do is keep ownership of land in the Mainland estate (including Bellisseria).  In fact, you cannot even start the downgrade process until you have sold or abandoned any Mainland that you may own.
