Retrieving property from a region

If someone is banned from a region, how can they retrieve their property from that region ie: club, furniture, and etc ?

The easiest way is to ask the region owner to return it. Any of the stuff that is copiable, you already have in your inventory, so don't worry about it.  Anything else may be a loss.

next to the advice of Rolig.. if the owner doesn't return it and there are no copy items rezzed, check if you'r able to go in with  a alt or a good friend.
Give them temporary rights to edit your objects and let it be returned manually by them.
