I just verified my age but I cant get into anywhere with M or A rating because I put that I was 17.

I put that I was 17 out of scanning through the years and not really caring what age I put, but im 19 and I already put in my drivers license and got verified but I still can only go into G rated places?

 

I verified myself this morning and what do I classify the ticket under if I were to do that?

Hello katelyn. If you joined SL being under 18 and you turned 18 after, the system can't recognized you as an adult. So you stay stuck in General regions. In that occasion, you must to submit a ticket. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Even after you've been age-verified, which in your case probably will require a support ticket, you need to "opt in" to view mature and/or adult content.

As to what type of ticket... Try this, from another thread (courtesy of Peewee):

Unfortunately there isn`t one for specifically for this if you are a basic member so go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and choose one of the tickets in the account issues category & then get to the point as soon as you can in your text that you have turned 18 and been age verified but your maturity rating is stuck on General / PG.  It is possible that you will get the response that "this issue is not supported for basic members", just reopen the ticket and ask that they fix it.

Age verifying and account verifying is not enough.  You must also go to your preferences and on the "General" tab select all three boxes for the "I want to access".......G, M, and A.

The system to deal with residents that have turned 18 is still not in place, so you will need to contact support to get your maturity rating unstuck from General/PG.
