pay for it ... and did not get it, ??? what to do ?

At you Dashboard in your Account page is a Transaction history that should show the purchase.

Send the transaction history for the Item not delivered to the Merchant and request Re-delivery.

If the Item does not show in the Transaction history and the Item was purchased using paypal or a credit card, undelivered Items will not be charged. Try purchasing the Item again.

If you know you paid because you can see a reduction in your L$ balance then you should ask the seller to re-deliver.
