I don't want to sound rude but this sounds like Roleplay and less of an actual job? unless its a paid job?

We are a roleplay community; however, the positions we are specifically advertising for in this post are not considered roleplay positions and are members of the out of character Management Staff. We offer our staff a variety of perks (rental discounts etc) and do have paid positions within the community.

So potential staff are not getting paid. However, will get discounts for paying you to live in your community in other words? The point of a job is to be paid, not to be paying the employer. What if they don’t even want to live there or better yet. Can’t even afford to live there with or without a discount. It’s hard to find staff willing to work on SL if they aren’t getting anything out of it. They are helping you by working for you and they get nothing in return. I would reconsider the facts here. Trying to sub paying someone with a rental discount or whatever else you have up your sleeve is distasteful.
