Verification with Tilia are taking more then 7 months. Still waiting.

Hello everyone.

I submitted my pic ID and all information to Tilia more then 7 months ago and it still shows "Your KYC application is being reviewed". I submitted it in December 2020 and now its almost August 2021. Does anyone have the same issue? I am an American citizen and have been in SL since 2007, I never had any issues with cashing out dollars from my SL account to PayPal. I have a business in SL and used that income. Now I can do nothing. Please help if you know anything about that issue.
