I cannot open boxes. I am getting very angry

I ordered a bedroom set and it makes no sense to me. No instructions, any ideas before I demand a refund?

right click and open does not work? what is happening when you try to open the box? is it just the one box or all boxes?

add info to your op with options > edit.

Hello Alotta. At first are you in a region where you have rights to rezz? If yes, have you the available prims? No specific instructions required to unpack a bed. Try to move to a Sandbox. Fermi Sandbox is a place which is suggested. Try to unpack the bed there. If your problem remains, edit your post (Options --> Edit) and add more details.

Is it possibly a rezz box?....If you left click it, do you get a menu?

If not then what happens if you right click it and select Open? It should at least show you the contents of the prim and offer the option to copy to inventory.

You need to be in a parcel where you are allowed to rez objects.  Any sandbox will do. Your own land is even better.  When you drag the boxed item from your inventory to the ground, you should be able to open it by just right-clicking on it and selecting OPEN, as Bee suggested.  You should see a new window that lists the contents of the box.  Click the Copy to Inventory button.  All items should transfer to your inventory.  Easy as pie.  If that's not working, come back and tell us what's the matter so we know what else to suggest.
