Yeah, I do but ty anyway. There are plenty of people selling land for 5 L or more a meter, selling this for less than 1 L a meter is a pretty good value. I know when I buy land and get it for that price I always consider it a steal.

thats why you just can ask for 6K instead of 60K+.

think i'm missing something...

8192 meters
near sailable waters of Blake sea

5900 L

thats for me a quite decent priced parcel ... you won't get it cheaper, even direct buy from LL is 1L$ sqm, this is lower.
ok... "near" is sales talk, it could be even in the middle of a continent  :) as long its not direct access.

Well, /technically/ if you buy land at auction, you can get land at just above 0.5l$.

But I agree, just on the price, I think anything under 1L$ per sqm qualifies as a colloquial "steal". 1~3 might be a "bargain" 3~5 "cheap" (stretching a bit) .

Thats how I view it, If its like 0.5 L a sq meter it qualifies as a steal IMO. I see many parcels going 7+ and some going much higher. I paid 13 K for it when I bought it, so selling it for 5900 L to me was a really good deal. Semantics aside the parcel sold so its all a good point. Maybe using "steal" in the description was an attention drawing tactic, but it worked and the last sold so all is well.
