View your marketplace transaction log to see if the item was actually delivered to you.  If it was delivered you will probably find the object in your 'objects' folder.  If you have not received notify the vendor that you have not received the object you paid for.

If you purchased from a store in-world, go back to the store and contact the store owner.  If you purchased from some avatar that you met in a welcome area, chances are you will not receive the item.
