How does my mp cart go from 9 items to 0?

...without me buying anything? Yesterday I had 9 items and today theres nothing in it. Sometimes I put things in the cart to buy later (because I'll never find them again) so this is kinda upsetting. Is there some sort of a time limit for how long items can sit in the cart?

Silly question but were you logged in?  If I open MP from the viewer, it doesn't automatically log me in.

Yup, was and still am logged in. Everything in my cart just magically disappeared.

Logged in/logged out, deleted/refreshed cookies...still empty. There were 9 items in there yesterday. I swear, SL (and any website related to it) has more problems than any other game/platform. EA is more freaking stable.

There's your problem.
The contents of your shopping cart are stored inside a cookie. When you clear your cookies, you also delete the contents of your shopping cart.

But that doesn’t explain the cart being at 0 BEFORE I refreshed the cookies.

You may never find the answer to why...next time put the items in your Wishlist or favorites items. Then you won't lose them.

Maybe file a jira.  I've never had it happen before and I have things hanging out in my cart all the time.
