I cant find my product I just bought

Hello QuittaC. Sometimes it takes a little more to get your purchases. You must to wait 24 hours and after, you can start to worry. So, if tomorrow you haven't got the textures, open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant(s) got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases --> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.

Delieveries from the marketplace seem to work better if you buy items one at a time, instead of using the shopping cart. As a result, most merchants are aware of the high rate of non-deliveries and you should have no problem getting a replacement if your contact the seller with details of the transaction.
