Funnily enough I was in a sim yesterday and saw an elf girl who had something like "If you're interested in elf sex, ask me" in her profile, as well as some related groups. 

OP might ask me her name now, lol, but I can't remember. But if you search for these groups inworld, there are actually some out there!
