Only 2 options for new Home?

I recently upgraded to a Premium account but when I go to the page for a premium home there is only 2 options on Bellisseria, a camper or a chalet.I thought we could choose from,modern,victorian etc?

The page will only show what is currently available.  Keep trying -- people abandon their homes fairly regularly.

You can, but not at any particular instant.  Houses turn over all the time as owners decide to try a new style or a different location.  If you are patient and persistent, you will find homes in each of the styles, but it's all luck of the draw.  Especially when LDPW is about to release a new style, as they seem to be getting ready to do this summer, you'll see a lot of homes come on the market suddenly.  It might help to look at this thread:
