How is that a deal when you can just buy 2 full sims, have them upgraded to 30k prims and a homestead from linden labs directly with almost 100k L$ to spare...

a full region is 349 ... a homestead 149 ( including first month maintenance fee...)
2 x 349 + 2x 30 = 758 + homestead 149 = 907

buying 300k = around 1250 USD ....  not really a deal if you ask me.

 lol exactly. I don't see how its a "deal" when you can just buy them brand new. Not to mention he's asking for "300k + transfer fee's."
