Wanted: Animator for 2 very simple animatons

Hello,

I'm looking for an animator to make me two very simple animations. 1. An animation for blowing a whistle 2. An animation for raising a flag.  I would like the flag raising animation to work with a flag pole.

I am capable of making my own animations with the limited tools that I have, but honestly, I just dont have the energy or inclination to do that and would rather outsource.
