Question about Linden deposits.

Hello!

I have a question. 

So I have been away for almost 6 years. I decided to log on for a little bit this passed week. Well I had uploaded some lindens when I first came back. I had no troubles at all! Now all of a sudden I am. Has anyone ever had an issue? They have taken the funds out of my bank account. Yet I do not see them Inside of my funds inworld. I have sent in tickets and still no answer to this. I will have to reach out to my bank tomorrow. Just because if i still do not have them I'm worried that I wont have access to these? I have even emailed Tillia and they said its not their issue. Yet on my billing statement it states their name. I purchased them through the Secondlife website. And I clicked the buy lindens section and put it in the section on the left where it states instant. I didn't click the one where it would take up to two days. Has this happened to anyone else? If so what did you do or does anyone have any help for me. :/

Check your USD balance.  On your account summary page.  UD$ Tilia account summary.  Is there a balance there?  On occasion, when I've purchased Ls, there's a hiccup and my funds end up there.  The next time you purchase Ls, they will take from there first.  If there is no balance on your USD account, you'll have to call billing.

It sounds like you have been trying to buy L$ with the Limit Buy option, which means that you have ordered a quantity of L$ at a specified price and are waiting for some resident to be willing to sell at that price.  Once you place an order like that, LL takes the money from your payment method to cover the eventual purchase and places it in an escrow account, pending completion of the purchase.  When the transaction is complete, you will have L$ in your account.  If you decide to cancel the order before completion, however, the money that has been held in escrow will be transferred to the USD balance in your Tilia account.  You may use your Tilia USD balance to place a new order, or you may use a credit transfer to return it through Paypal to your RL accounts.

They said they made an instant buy.

Ooops.  Missed that part. In that case, your advice to contact the Billing Office is right on target.
