No Match in Age Verification

I've entered my information while trying to use the Last 4 SSN and Identity/Personal Identity Card and it tells me No Match, what else must I do still? Before this here happened I couldn't get verified while trying to use all of the options for Identification, could someone please tell me precisely what I must do.

The automated system checks against public records, which are sometimes not up to date. Try different combinations to see if any will work, such as an old address. If you have a double last name, enter it without any spaces between the names.

Sometimes it just doesn`t work no matter what people try. If you are a Premium member you can submit a ticket for manual verification. If not you can always just add payment info to your account & become Account Verified instead. This will also get you access to adult content, with the exception of the few parcels where the owner has specified age verification as a requirement.
