Can someone tell me what steps I should take to become a Linden Dollar Exchanger?

I have experience in trading digital currencies (such as Liberty Reserve, c-gold, Pecunix and others). I'm now considering adding Linden Dollars to my website. Having tried to find out how to become an L$ exchanger, I didn't find much information on that. Can someone please let me know what steps should be taken to become a Linden Dollar Exchanger?
