The closest you can get is reading notecards through UUIDs. So in a way, you could manually edit a notecard and then give the new UUID to a script so that it reads the newly modified version of the notecard, but it sounds like manual editing is something you didn't want. 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bobsknief Orsini Posted June 10, 2021 Share Posted June 10, 2021 Replacing is possible. Make a script drop a new notecard in and have a script in the object that deletes the old one. It is possible with the use of a bot. As in send the text to a bot, and make it update the notecard. Personally would prefer just storing data in a remote sql database, or even from there post it to a bot to add it to a notecard then to do notecard ping pong with a bot.
