White bubble around objects in edit mode

I'm sure I turned on something but I can't figure out what. How do I get rid of this?

I do not remember the exact setting but that's the Light Radius.

In Firestorm, it's Show Light Radius for Selection in the Build/Options menu. May be different in other viewers, but using Search Menus should get you there.
