how do i get redelivery of the item

so i bought some things in the marcket place i did not get my items thay sent invoice its in my histery that it was sent i just never got it i spent 199L tha maker of the item sde its not his and its a old item and not his responsability so what im just out that money what do i do i tryed to call suport line and got hung up on so i ges im at a loss pleas help

You need to contact the SELLER of the item and request a redelivery.  The name of the person you bought it from should be on your marketplace transactions.

To get a record of the individual items in your order, open Marketplace and click the My Marketplace menu at the top of the page. Select My Account >> Order History from the pulldown menu. If you do not receive items within about 24 hours, you should cut and paste the information about a missing item from that Order History and send it in a IM or notecard to the merchant, along with a polite message requesting redelivery.  Linden Labs is not likely to offer you much help, because all sales are between individual merchants and buyers.  LL simply provides the virtual storefront.
