We are a boutique land rental company, seeking a motivated, energetic, friendly and professional Rental Agent to join our team. Qualifications:

• Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude. You must enjoy working with people. 

• An interest in real estate is encouraged, but a stronger interest in management and making people smile is even more important. 

• Previous sales experience is always welcome, but we will help train. 

• Fluent/proficient English is required. Additional languages are STRONGLY encouraged and we advise you to please let us know which you speak 

• Advanced knowledge of parcel management, including terraforming, prim and SQM allocation, land management.

 

 

Job Description: 

• Assist clients with daily requests (upgrades/downgrades/new rentals/general questions and procedures).

• Sell new properties, outline features of properties, advise best practices. 

• Attend group meetings, meet and exceed group goals as outlined. 

 

Pay:

• Highly competitive base (weekly) salary + commissions (daily) + bonuses (monthly).
