Solved. Suitable building found.

As the title suggests, I am looking for a recommendation for a skybox building. I currently show 32 of my artworks in one of the Negiuex buildings on a sky platform as my gallery (only sales in MP though). It's a good building in terms of design, wall height, flat walls, materials used in the design, and large amount of viewing space. However, with my move to a Bellisaria houseboat I now only have a 16x64 space only for a skybox gallery.

Does anyone know of buildings that will fit on that size a parcel, and would be suitable for my purposes? Thanks.
