i didn't know there was such a thing as an sl phone

what are you talking about? is it like a scripted object that accepts ims from people? if that is the case, wouldn't it work to set menu access for group? have the people needing to answer the calls be in the group in order to operate it? or at least put them on a whitelist of some kind?

if this is not it - explain what an sl phone is please and how you operate it yourself to start with :matte-motes-smile:

I guess that you are talking about AvaLine, if you are I don't think you can have other people answer it unless they are at your computer using your avatar.
