The SLS channel got the server update that went to the RC channels last week:

Second Life RC:

All RC channels will get the same server update, which contains a change related to server logging system.

On Region Restarts:

As all channels will be updated for the deploys, there should be no extra restarts triggered by excessive region uptime.
