A small team of (3) people, with a passion to design, build and create , beautiful gradenscapes in SL. 

Co -owned & run by myself, Jules.

We now have availability for Summer Projects .  

Happy to work all shapes & sizes of land including sky boxes, water & main land. 

All styles considered, can provide Commercial or redensental buildings. 

Services offered include but not Limited too, Landscape & Terrain Editing, Custom Sim design, ambient sounds & special effects.  light exterior & interior decoration (fix & fittings for commercial) clutter etc, Custom Building, Building modifying, re texturing etc . 

Sim/Region guides regarding maintenance , performance.
