You could just tp to Infohubs and home, except this you have to walk or drive. At first that continent will be super-small to make sure its valuable and lively. Prims will be double. It will be growing in time after added more regions.

This was the case way back when.

What happened was land around telehubs became highly prized as visitors could be forced to wade though the owners mall, shop, club or whatever. This got especially bad close to feature attractions.

The gatekeeping got so bad, LL added point to point teleports.

This would only work under certain circumstances.

• Properly managed land with a Linden-owned road network like in Bellisseria, such that every single parcel is adjacent to a public road on at least one side. Subdividing of parcels would have to be disallowed, in order to maintain this status, because a parcel without adjacent access to a public road would be totally useless.
• Ban lines and security orbs disallowed altogether. If walking or physical vehicles are the only methods of travelling, there must be NO barriers to them, anywhere.
• Residential only, because we already saw what happens when commercial activity is allowed in the vicinity of an infohub when there's no other way in.

I would not purchase land with no tp and no fly, even if the above conditions were met. Without the above conditions, I wouldn't even visit. In fact, without the above conditions, visiting would be all but impossible.
