Can a HUD gives itself to someone else

Personally, in this case the central in-world server approach seems least troublesome, so a HUD "giving itself" to another avatar amounts to communicating the recipient's identity to the server, which simply does llGiveInventory a copy to the recipient, anywhere on the grid, even if they're not in-world at the time of sending. This does mean the recipient will have to manually attach it from their Inventory, but "It is ok that B receives HUD in inventory and attaches himself." There are multiple ways to do that communication from HUD to server, llEmail is fine (until SVC-23 unaccountably strikes), or http, but regardless of messaging medium, the in-world server needs redundancy because regions go down for maintenance, etc.

That's all to bypass the recursive inventory-population step, which I really don't see any way to make work by script without the giving HUD being on rez-enabled land.
