Is it just me or did LL break the auto return of the L$ 10 upload charge on failed asset uploads?

Someone else was complaining of the same thing recently, if it is a new bug I would suggest that you start a JIRA and get it looked into.

As it involves money, no matter the amount, you can make a free call to Billing, I would still start a JIRA if I ws you.

Cool...Sounds like LL have broken something then, if you add your comments to it too, saying what happened in your case, it will give LL more info to compare and find the cause.
