Jagged Edges on Mesh

Hello I recently bought a full perm mesh to learn texturing, but near the bottom of the skirt has jagged edges. Another skirt (different body) had the same issue, but seemed to fix itself when I rezzed it on the ground as opposed to my sky platform. I adjusted my anti aliasing to 8x and cleared group cache.
