During age verification it says my name doesn't match with the address

When I try to be age verifyed, it doesn't go on because it says my name doesn't match with the address, but I haven't moved nor changed my name in the last 18 months.

The information that is being used to verify you is not up to date. You will have to submit a manual support ticket. Simply having payment info on file though will be enough and easier.

It is an automated system that checks the info against public records, which can often be out of date. Try again using your old info and you probably find that it works.
