Intenta eliminar la cache del visor Firestorm ( te dejo una web dónde hay tutoriales para realizarlo de una forma correcta https://ayudavirtual.info/tutoriales/ ) 2. Prueba instalar el visor Oficial de LL y ver si obtienes el mismo error, o por el contrario inicia normalmente. Esperamos comentarios, a ver si entre todos podemos ayudarte.
