Immidae Oceanside is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood along the inner waters of Heterocera. Come take a stroll along the docks which overlook the coastline, and be treated to a spectacular view of the uninhabited neighboring water sim. This landscaped area offers seven beach cottage homes, which each come with a home controller, parcel radio with over 400 stations to choose from, and security orbs. Water access to the neighboring deep-water sim is included, so launch your boats right from our private beach, shared with your neighbors.

Homes each come with 375 Prims to decorate with.

Priced at L$ 500 / week, residents get a 10% discount when paying a month in advance.

Residents also need to join our property group for L$100. This is refunded back to you, it is just for permissions for you to add and move furniture on your parcel, as well as access the beach area.
