Why is it I cant get on sl viewer all of a sudden with my alt , tryed for the last half an hour to get her on sl viewer, she can get on firestorm but not on sl viewer 

can someone come up with a good answer Please. her password and name are perfectly okay ,

What message are you getting when you try to log her in?  Can your main log in on the SL viewer?
