Most of the jobs offered here have either an online application, a place to pick up an application or a contact person in the ad.  A lot don't check back here and expect people to follow the instruction in the ad.

I generally look at avatar profiles, so it might help you if you develop your avi profile.  Provide info on the type of activities and skills your avi personal wants to or is prepared use.  Learn and understand which items in your profile show, and where they show (different viewers, web page, etc.).  And in your settings to whom they show (those logged in only, all public, etc.).  List the "skills" you want to be hired for clearly.  Lots of opportunity to advertise oneself there, and it follows you everywhere you go.    

Speaking for myself, I hire when the profile shows something reliable, mature, self-developed... which skillset mentioned might somehow relate to what I need.
