The slashed brows, the scars, even the brow furrows could all be BoM add-ons, so I wouldn't even like to hazard a guess that it's by any particular creator based on one of those. Sorry I can't help further. ETA: OK, going out on a limb with a wild guess, based mostly on the veins showing on the back of the hand. Try checking out some demos by Not Found.
