In response to interested buyers in a 1024m2 plot that would count under free tier for premium members, I have split this land into a 1024m2 for 8999L and a free 96m2 that I can give you want additional land/prim to remake into the 1120m2.  Feel free to purchase the 1024m2 directly or ask if you want the extra 96m2 there or cut differently.

Note: There are additional adjacent pieces of land for sale directly behind this parcel from another owner, totalling 1904m2 that could all be combined to buy a 2048 or 3024m2 if you want more prim but they are not on the edge of the cliff.
