Paypal is not an accepted payment method if you are outside of the US. Yes, you can add a CC as a payment method.

Even within the US sometimes LL doesn't accept a Paypal account. Mine is one of them and it is verified and I have no clue WHY but it has always given an error message. A credit card is of course the next choice or just learning how to make do without spending any real life money. Not as difficult as it sounds really. I am 3.5 years here and haven't spent any RL dollars. Thank you LL for not accepting my Paypal account *wink*.
