Can you find the tab that has a t-shirt icon, click it and "wearing" so all your avatar components and clothes are visible in a list. It appears that I had to copy/paste and then reattach my mesh body hud to the proper place I guess? It had become inaccessible. I wanted to include that info in case it could help anyone else.
