You can create multiple looks (different bodies/clothing/etc...), but they will all have your same name "NurseHoneyBee".  They only way to create differently named avatars is to create more accounts.

Sort of... depends what you mean by "multiple avatars".

I think you mean multiple accounts each with an avatar. The official limit is 5 accounts. But there is considerable debate as to whether that limit is enforced. Whatever, using multiple accounts allows each avatar to have a unique name. You can also login with these avatars and have them on at the same time.

Creating multiple avatars within a single account is simply creating OUTFITS. They all have the same name as HoneyBee pointed out.
