the last 24 hours my cloths and shape do not seem able to download.

Cloths and shape do not download. Nothing seems able to solve the problem, i tried to clear cache and inventory cache. it doesn t seem to work. If i press CTL ALT R (phoenix viewer) i can see my avatar with a different shape, no cloths on, no eyes on. If i try to wear my usual shape, i get the answer that i cannot change anything until cloths and shape have downloaded. How can i fix the problem? Thank you

Since you are using Phoenix, that suggests you use more than one viewer. To get more information on fixing avatar render problems while using multiple viewers read: Avatar Render Problems: Ghost Cloud Smoke Ball Ruth

It is also possible, depending on where you are, that the new server roll outs to the Release Channels may be causing you problems. Check http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ every so often to see if they roll back a release.

Go to your Library Clothing folder & drag one of the avatar folders on to your avvie.

Reset your avvie to default,   Advanced Menu >>Character>>Character Tests >> Test Male (or Female)
