Their sign resides on the face of an object so if you select that face you can replace it with your logo.

I'll give it a try. This is the same problem on most every item with the text font. Easier not to use those items or buildings

Those signs are way too large -- totally overwhelming.

If I was designing this venue I'd ask the creator of the building for a second version without those signs, textured like the rest of the building, and then place a much smaller sign with a logo I created myself in an appropriate spot.

They do fit the early 00s look the whole thing has. The logo size is the smallest issue with this build.

for texturing add on. Was not easy for me trying to remove the "Logo place here." font

You don't remove it.  You edit, edit linked parts, select face and replace THAT face with your texture.
