Phototools and graphic controls are not working .

Hello, I just noticed for some reason there are no differences by changing the graphic between low quality and ultra quality.

In phototools, with adjusting any options nothing changes, and windlight setting also doesn't change the scene anything but color of the atmosphere.

In order to fix this issue, what would it be method to do? I did reinstall the viewer but it's doing the same thing.
