Is it possible to access old accounts from a decade ago?  I cant get into my old account at all and submitting for a change of passsword does not work.

Open a support ticket. LL will ask questions and/or request documents in order to verify the account is really yours.  If that works, then they'll do a password reset for you.

How do I do that..support ticket.  I have been away a LONG time!!  🙂
