Transparancy of a fabric

hi,

i have a lot of nice lace textures or open knit texture, now i'm struggling to get the texture on a shirt template f.e

i dont get the texture transparant so it looks like you wear a sweater or dress with transparent texture

 

what shouls i do

if you indeed want to use this texture you will need to make every light part transparant ...
is your template a layer clothing or for mesh?... i'm not sure how transparancy will behave on the body.

You're also gonna have to paint those holes black to avoid getting a white "halo" where the holes become transparent.
